I have always loved the resiliency, creativity, and determination that fills South Dakota. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, I graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science. I continued on to obtain my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology, graduating from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN in 2018. While I absolutely loved my time at the University of St. Thomas, particularly my practicum time at Bethel University’s Counseling Services, I always knew I wanted to return to the Sioux Falls area.

We all have a different story. Often times, one of the most empowering experiences is being able to share our stories and have someone walk alongside us on the journey of hope, healing and change. Throughout the course of my graduate and professional career I have worked with
a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, family conflict, faith, grief and loss, identity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, transitions, trauma and abuse, along with several others. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring services to the individual’s personal story and utilizing an integrative approach.

In my free time, I love to spend time with family, friends, and my beagle, Echo. Through either traveling or reading, I love to explore new places, ideas, experiences, food, and culture. I will rarely turn down an opportunity to learn something new. Some of my favorite forms of self-care include reading, going to the gym, and playing board games with friends.
